A clear beginning.

These terms cover the website’s founding merchant registration and proposed launch offer. Subscription billing and tax treatment remain provisional, pending founder approval and Shopify integration. No payment is collected here.

Registration and prospective eligibility.

Register before the campaign closes or public App Store launch, whichever happens first. A submission creates a pending registration only. The website records your accepted terms version and time. Repeat submissions for the same normalized store domain keep the original record and do not grant additional benefits. The same contact email may be used for distinct stores; each store needs its own authenticated eligibility review. Contact us to request a correction.

We must later validate your authenticated Shopify shop identity and your right to use that store. An email address, custom storefront domain, country declaration or pricing selector does not prove ownership, billing region or final eligibility. Redemption and subscription activation are not implemented on this website. No registration guarantees approval or a discount.

The founding offer.

The Founding Merchant offer provides Standard functionality at the displayed introductory monthly rate for the first 12 months of a monthly subscription, subject to final billing confirmation. This is not a one-time annual purchase or a lifetime price lock. Unlimited AI is a separate plan; a founding discount on Unlimited AI has not been offered.

After the first 12 months, the prevailing Standard rate applies, subject to the final agreed renewal terms and Shopify billing support. How Shopify billing cycles map to this promotional period, the start date and the renewal process must be agreed before activation. Pausing, cancellation, reinstallation and upgrades will not create a right to repeatedly redeem the same benefit.

Currency, billing and taxes.

Regional prices are our intended monthly launch prices, subject to final billing confirmation. Shopify billing currency and the amount charged depend on your authenticated store and the supported billing setup. Selecting a display currency does not establish billing eligibility.

Tax treatment is being confirmed. Applicable taxes and the final charge will be shown before you approve a subscription in Shopify. Subscription charges will use Shopify’s supported app billing mechanism, with the exact currency, amount, billing interval and renewal terms shown for approval before paid activation.

AI usage.

Standard and Founding Merchant are intended to include three successful AI generations per day and a Standard input allowance. Unlimited AI is intended to have no ordinary daily generation cap and an extended input allowance. The daily design allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. A server-validated design counts once, including corrective calls; failed generations do not count. Standard accepts briefs of up to 2,000 characters and up to 20,000 input tokens. Unlimited AI accepts up to 6,000 characters and 28,000 input tokens. Input includes the control catalogue, design context and references, and remains subject to configured provider capacity. Provider rate limits and a service safeguard of 30 generation requests per store per hour apply. Owner-approved Privileged stores receive the full extended feature allowance without payment. Prelaunch access assignments do not create a paid subscription. AI output can require correction; review every result before publishing.

Changes and cancellation.

Upgrades and downgrades are planned through Shopify’s subscription experience when billing is implemented. Shopify supports cancellation; the effective date, remaining access, renewal treatment and any applicable credits depend on the final integration and will be disclosed before activation. No free trial, refund guarantee or annual discount is offered here.

Communications and privacy.

Registration permits necessary communications about your request, launch and possible activation. General marketing is optional and separately recorded. There is no automated verification or acknowledgment email service currently configured. Read our privacy notice.
